For online purchase
WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
- If you're not entirely satisfied, simply send us an email with a short video of your unboxing process and a brief explanation of why the product doesn't meet your expectations.
- We'll be happy to arrange a return pickup free of charge and process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
To be eligible for return or exchange
- Please ensure the product remains in its original condition with all labels, tags, and accessories intact. This includes the Eyetot purchase receipt and product code sticker.
- We gladly accept returns for discounted or promotional items purchased online.
- Returned products must be unused, unworn, and free from any damage, scratches, or odors.
Exchanges for more expensive products
- In case your desired replacement item has a higher price tag, we'll be happy to process the exchange upon payment of the difference.
- If the replacement product costs less, the price difference will not be refunded.
